Our product is warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.

• The warranty is invalid if the defect is caused due to any accidental damages (including transport damage), misuse, abuse, tempering, failure of purchase to follow normal procedures outline in the user manual, neglect an in case of alteration or repair carry out by unauthorized person/s and normal wear or tear & corrosion.

• Service under warranty is only provided when a completion of registration is made online within 14 days from the date of purchase on the
receipt.

• Our product warranty is valid only for the use as a USB storage device under normal conditions in accordance with the recommended operating instructions. This includes using with the accessories (inclusive of the software) that comes with this unit in the specified or recommended system environments. Services provided by Manufacture, such as user support, are also subject to these restrictions.

• The licensed software included in this unit is intended only for usage with this specific unit only.

• Manufacture shall not be made liable for damage or loss of information resulting from the use of this unit, or for any claim from a third party.

• Manufacture shall not be made liable for: problems with your computer or other hardware arising from the use of this product; the suitability of this

product for specific hardware, software or peripherals; operating conflicts with other installed software; data loss; or other accidental or unavoidable damages.

• Manufacture will not accept any liabilities for financial damages, lost profits, claims from third parties, etc., arising from the use of the software provided with this unit.

• Any changes to the licensed software specifications may be subjected to changes without notice.

Daily care Instructions:

• Clean the sensor only with a soft cloth, but under no circumstances should any cleaning fluids be used.

• Always keep the sliding cover closed at all times to protect the sensor from scratches or any other possible damages.

You may return items sold by LIS Solutions within 30 days of delivery for an exchange only. If the return is a result of an error - we will pay your shipping. There are no refunds and all sales are final. We will exchange only defective products. To return a product please contact us.
